Description

Now hiring carnivore keeper and trainer. Must have zoo keeping experience and carnivore experience. Carnivores include cougar, small cats, new guinea singing dogs and wolves plus other animals. Some are free contact and some are limited contact.

Education and Pre-requisites

Experience with free contact with wolves is a plus. Wolf , singing dog, wildcat and and otter encounters may be part of the keepers responsibilities also depending on experience and ability. Must be excellent with animals and people. Looking for a team player. Will train the right person that has already established training knowledge or background. Reading such as don’t shot the dog by Karen Pryer is a must!
