Description

North Georgia Zoo & Farm has internships available in Animal Care & Animal Education, 3 months. Housing available. Must go through an interview process.

Internship focus’s on zoo outreach animal programs, agricultural/ farm, On-site education, visitor experience relations and tours. You may choose to specialize in certain areas. Interns will be trained to do farm presentations, caring for baby farm animals, wildlife outreach programs, onsite tour and visitor experience relations
Must be available on weekends.
Internship requires 20 hours week. Can be done in part time days during the week and at least one weekend day.
Must be willing to learn, work efficiently, catch the vision and passion of the zoo.
