Natural Encounters, Inc., has immediate opportunities for full-time employees to join our innovative and enthusiastic team in both animal care and animal training positions at our two Central Florida locations.

Education and Pre-requisites

Requirements:
-A minimum of 3 years of professional animal training care/training experience in the animal training or zoological fields
-Possess excellent communication skills, and be open and eager to receive and offer feedback to and from peers and leadership
-Desire to thrive in a team-driven environment

Desired Qualifications:
-Experience in interactive animal programs (stage shows, educational outreach, onsite programs)
-Experience training and handling birds of prey, particularly eagles and other large raptors
-Experience training positive reinforcement-based free-flight behaviors

Compensation and benefits

Wages commensurate with experience. Medical/Dental/Vision benefits available after 90 days.
