Tanganyika is a small boutique wild animal park in the small town of Goddard Kansas. We are known for our successful breeding programs of amazing rare and endangered snow leopards, clouded leopards, and giraffe, along with our interactive experiences. As we prepare for our 10 year anniversary in 2018 we have made additions to our hoofstock, primate, reptile, and bird departments. We are looking for trustworthy keepers who are dedicated to the well being of animal care who see this opportunity as a lifestyle not just a day to day job.

Education and Pre-requisites

A Bachelor’s Degree in a biology related science or working towards one OR 3 to 4 years paid experience in the field, at other zoos, farm and ranch work. A back ground in animal training is awesome but not required.

Compensation and benefits

Pay based on experience. Health insurance, Aflac and a Simple IRA are available.
