Polar Bears International (PBI), on behalf of Frontiers North Adventures (FNA), has generously offered an in kind donation of two individual trips to view the polar bears in Churchill via Tundra Buggy®. This package will include airfare for two people from anywhere in the continental United States or Canada to Winnipeg. Accommodations may be made if the two individuals do not want to share living space during the trip. The trips will be for use during the year 2009 and will expire on December 31, 2009. The Utah Chapter AAZK will give these trips away through random, free drawing following the dedicated bear speaker session on Thursday afternoon, September 25, 2008. Only full conference registrants that are professional members of AAZK, Inc. (don’t forget to bring your membership card!) and are present at the time of the drawings will be eligible to receive these trips, and they will be non-transferable and subject to tax in the U.S. Members of the 2008 AAZK National Conference Committee, members of the AAZK Board of Directors, and staff of AAZK, Inc. are not eligible to win these trips. The total value of this package is approximately $13,000 U.S.
